Wimborne Model Aero Club is affiliated to the British Model Flying Association (BMFA) and part of each member’s subscription buys them BMFA Membership and Insurance.
Year 2012 - January-December Fees
Where there are two or three members of one family with the same name at the same address,
Membership concessions are available to those over 18 at the start of the membership year
and in full time education. Membership applications or subscription renewals should be accompanied
by verification from the place of their full time education. BMFA concessions may also be available.

Senior and senior citizen membership - If you wish to renew your BMFA membership and insurance
through the Club, please add £31.00 to your payment.
Junior Membership - If you wish to renew your BMFA membership and insurance through the Club,
please add £15.00 to your payment.
Visitors Fees - £2.00 per day, maximum 6 visits per year, per visitor. Guest flyers must have BMFA insurance.
If you pay your BMFA fee direct or to another club you must send a copy
or show your 2012 BMFA certificate to the Membership Secretary to enable issue of
your WMAC membership card.
Joining/Rejoining Fees T.B.C
Presently, fixed wing aircraft only are allowed on any of the Club's flying sites and the use of
27 Mhz frequency is strictly forbidden for all airborne models.
Maximum i.c. engine capacity will be 50cc. Larger, subject to Club approval and authorisation.
Notes
- For new members that have carry-over membership into 2011 and renew their own BMFA insurance, your new WMAC membership cannot be issued until your 2012 BMFA renewal is verified to the membership sec.
- With effect from 1st January 2011 nobody may fly on WMAC sites until they have renewed their insurance and that also the gate padlock will have the new combination
