Hi just thought I'd let you know who will be helping with the DSM maiden!!


Engine choice looks like a Jen 57 2 stroke what do you think?

Nice touch!

I have a Jen .37 in my Twister and cannot fault it....as for will a .57 suit your latest project I am going to leave that judgement to our panel of experts!

J'en good choice for power/weight ratio.
Pilot - probably needs a new job following unveiling, but a lot of people knew who he was anyway, I found out many years ago from a St.Johns ambulance man who was at the test drives.

I thought it might start a trend, and yes he needs a new job, I'll order the new engine tonight.
Hopefully be up the field tomorrow pm, not with the stig as the plane needs a little more work should be ready by next weekend. might bring the Hurricane though if it's not too late.

Here's some pics of the finished Smartmove with Jen57 fitted and test run, control throws set model balanced, I also bought the running in service so that means shes ready to fly straight out of the box!! roll on light winds, that makes 2 new models to get airbourne!!
